Some titles in the Orrganized Sound catalog are offered in digital format to download and print ("Digital Products"). The following terms of use apply to Orrganized Sound Digital Products. Your purchase and use of Orrganized Sound Digital Products expressly demonstrates your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms.

SALES CONDITIONS: Unless otherwise noted, all terms of use applicable to the purchase of an inventoried print product from Orrganized Sound (the Publisher) are also applicable to the purchase of a Digital Product.

• Though Orrganized Sound extends a Check or Money Order payment option to certain qualifying institutions, such orders will not be processed or downloads become available until payment is received. Credit Card and PayPal transactions are usually completed, charged, processed and downloads made available within an hour.
• Once your transaction and payment have been approved, you will receive a confirmation email supplying a link to the download site. This link will remain valid for 72 hours, after which it will be deleted.
• All download sales are final - no returns or refunds.

Authorized Uses: Licensees have full permission to (1) Download and archive an electronic file of the Digital Products; (2) Print the contents for personal use; (3) If multiples of the Digital Products are purchased, print or photocopy copies up to, but not exceeding, the total number purchased; (4) Perform the music as often as desired. COPYRIGHT NOTICES: All copies of the Digital Products must have clearly affixed the author/composer source acknowledgments and copyright notices original to the document. PERFORMING RIGHTS: Individuals, institutions or entities responsible for concert performances of an Orrganized Sound Digital Products in collegiate settings (whether for profit or not); in other public venues for profit; or in a public broadcast are required by U.S. law to report pertinent information and remit fees for use to Orrganized Sound's performing rights affiliate, ASCAP (www.ascap.com).

Licenses authorize only the uses described above. All other uses are retained by the Publisher and are subject to separate permission. These rights are granted to the original Licensee only and are not transferable to any other individual, institution or entity.

Prohibited Uses: Licensees must seek separate permissions for and therefore are prohibited from (1) Making recordings of the Digital Products; (2) Making adaptations of original texts from the Digital Products; (3) Preparing new musical arrangements of copyrighted music in the Digital Products, including arrangements for voice parts or other instruments not designated in the original; (4) Selling or renting Digital Products for any form of remuneration or consideration, including sales or rentals made at reimbursement cost only; (5) Reproduce the Digital Products in songbooks, hymnals or other prepared collections; (6) any other use not specifically authorized by this license.

Orrganized Sound may terminate this license at its sole discretion if the Licensee fails to abide by all terms of this agreement.

ORRGANIZED SOUND MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION, THE INFORMATION, THE CONTENT, OR THE MATERIALS INCLUDED ON THE DIGITAL PRODUCTS. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, ORRGANIZED SOUND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ORRGANIZED SOUND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE DIGITAL PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Applicable Law: The Digital Products are created and controlled by Orrganized Sound in the State of New Jersey, USA. The laws of the State of New Jersey govern these disclaimers, terms and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
