Privacy Orrganized Sound will not provide anyone with access to your email address, postal address, or any other information collected from you. Not nobody. Not nohow.  Your visit to this website is tracked by ‘session’ identification only: no information is stored on your computer.
Returns Purchases that meet the criteria below may be returned after acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). (Go to Customer Account, select the order number the music was purchased through, then scroll to the page bottom.) Inventoried print items that are in pristine, saleable condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment for a full refund, less shipping; you will be responsible for shipping and insurance on these returned items. Items that are in less than pristine, saleable condition will be refused and unrefunded. You may also return an item within 14 days if it is in error (ours, not yours), defective, or damaged, and we will pay the return shipping charges. The replacement music will ship by the same shipping method that was selected for the original purchase. All download sales are final - there is no returning or refunding downloaded items.
Sales Agreement Payment by credit or debit card, or by PayPal, is subject to the terms of PayPal which facilitates those services - see www.paypal.com. A check or money order payment option is extended to religious institutions, educational institutions, and libraries only - no personal orders or personal checks accepted. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours, with payment due 30 days after invoice issuance. A $10 surcharge will be added monthly to unpaid balances after 60 days. Returned checks will result in a $32.50 fee being added to the invoice. Bah! Humbug! Read further terms and conditions applicable to Downloadable Products here. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Warrantability The music you purchase is not warranted for any particular use, and Orrganized Sound makes no claims as to its suitability for any purpose. Orrganized Sound will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the music, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. (We DO think you’ll enjoy it, though!)
Permissions All rights to original music and texts are held and controlled by Orrganized Sound, and are not covered under CCLI, OneLicense, or any other blanket licensing organization. Please apply for permission to use these materials in an email addressed to permissions@orrganizedsound.com, including all specifics of intended use. Permissions for other music and texts may be obtained through one of the blanket licensors or the individual publisher.
Performance Rights As with our downloadable products individuals, institutions or entities responsible for concert performances of an Orrganized Sound composition in collegiate settings (whether for profit or not); in other public venues for profit; or in a public broadcast are required by U.S. law to contact ASCAP (Orrganized Sound's performing rights affiliate) with pertinent information and fees for use.
