Ordering by Email, Fax, or Purchase Order (Religious Institutions, Educational Institutions, Libraries)
Please be sure to include all the following:
Title name, SKU # (ORRG), and desired quantity
Your name and the institution/organization you represent (if any)
Your email address
Full billing address and contact phone number (in case email should somehow become unusable - imagine that!)
Full shipping address (if different from billing address)
Your choice of shipping method
You'll receive an email confirmation, and your order will be shipped with invoice within 2 business days.
Payment by check or money order for full balance is due 30 days from date of invoice issue. Read the Sales Agreement & Return Policy.
